21–25 January, Dublin will burst into life with the sounds of traditional and contemporary music as
TradFest Dublin 2026 brings its unique Irish charm to the city. This five-day festival stretches across Dublin City Centre, South Dublin, Fingal, and Dún Laoghaire‑Rathdown, creating unforgettable experiences in some of Ireland’s most iconic and historic settings.
TradFest events unfold in venues wrapped in history and charm:
- St Patrick’s Cathedral, Dublin Castle, and City Hall set the stage for powerful performances.
- Temple Bar pubs, including The Cobblestone, host both free and ticketed sessions.
- Historic spots across South Dublin and Fingal expand the festival’s reach.
- In Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown, lively gigs will take place in venues such as The Purty Kitchen, Johnny Fox’s, and the National Maritime Museum, featuring music legends like Sonny Condell, Ralph McTell, and Duke Special
